Katarina Billman Katarina specializes in integrating cultural differences, sparked initially by her personal experience of living and working in different cultures. She is skilled in the fields of leadership selection assessment, and leadership and team development in global companies. She has worked extensively in Europe and in the US. Before becoming a consultant in 2000, Katarina held various Human Resources and leadership positions in international companies. She is a founding member of Vector Group Consulting and Billman Engquist & Company- and was a co-owner and managing director of Sandahl Partners Stockholm. Katarina is an organizational psychologist licensed by the Swedish National Board of Health. She is also a licensed Systems-Centered Traning practitioner. She speaks English, Swedish, French, Russian and German.

Rowena Davis Rowena's areas of expertise are coaching individuals and teams; strategic marketing and planning; mapping systems; "action learning"; and working with the planned and unplanned sides of organizational life and change. She is passionate about bringing out people’s problem solving and creative abilities and implementing practical solutions people can work with. With over 20 years experience in marketing and consultancy, she has worked for a wide range of public, private and voluntary organizations in Europe and the US. She is a founding member of Vector Group Consulting and RDA Consulting. She has an MSc in Change Agent Skills & Strategies from the University of Surrey, a Dott in Sociologia from the University of Trento, Italy and a BSc (Econ) from the London School of Economics. She is a member of the Systems-Centered Training and Research Institute Inc. She speaks fluent English- and Italian and reasonable French.

Curt Engquist Curt has worked as an organizational consultant for the last 15 years, most recently at Billman Engquist & Company which he co-founded in 2005and prior to that at Sandahl Partners and the Sällma Group. Previously he worked as a psychologist at Stockholm’s Educational Department. He specializes in individual and group leadership training, selection and coaching with a special interest in conflict and crisis management. He believes that all individuals, teams and organizations have an inherent drive and duty to develop and transform. New information, new knowledge and insights are the fuel that feeds the process of change. He sees his role as partnering with his clients to remove barriers and to free energy to reach goals. Curt is an organizational psychologist and psychotherapist certified by the Swedish National Board of Health. He is a member of the System-Centered Training and Research Institute Inc. in Philadelphia, USA. He speaks Swedish and English.

Chris McIlroy has worked extensively in Asia and Europe with the development of small working groups and managerial coaching. He has a particular interest in forming creative contexts and structures to help clients fully realise their working potential. He is an organisational psychologist certified and licensed by the Swedish National Board of Health with more than 15 years’ experience as a consultant. He has been actively involved in applying
Systems-Centered theory in Sweden. He was previously board director of Sandahl Partners before his involvement with Vector Group Consulting, of which he is a founder member.

Beulah Trey Beulah advises business leaders, owners and teams as they create highly effective work environments with a greater sense of meaning and shared purpose.Prior to founding Vector Group Consulting, Beulah was a senior manager at CFAR, a management-consulting firm that originated in the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She co-founded Mussar Leadership Pathways, an organization that promotes ethical character development based on an ancient Jewish approach. Beulah received her doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was an instructor for Wharton’s Leadership Program. She is a member of the Systems-Centered Training and Research Institute Inc. She is a licensed organizational psychologist and holds an MA in Professional Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Swarthmore College.
